Tiger R  on the dam line is also very exciting with his mother Sunflower R being by Starnberg. This is the only mare line in Ryans broodmare herd which carries the Sandro Hit bloodlines. So Starnberg is by Sir Donnerhall who is by Sandro Hit. The Tokyo Olympics were full of Sandro Hit offspring with Showtime FRH ridden by Dorothee Schneider on the German gold medal team scoring 78.82% in the Grand Prix and 80.608% in the Grand Prix special.  Unbelievable! Just getting back to Starnberg who is the sire of Sunflower R who is the mother of Tiger R. Starnberg came to us as a four year old straight out of Germany. He was with us for two years and as a six year old had all the Grand Prix moves and was super super talented. Starnberg did also sire Senator Nymphenburg who with Jenny Gherke is competing very successfully in Australia at Inter A and Inter B level. She won both of these tests this year at the CDLite competition in Sydney in April 2021.

 Interesting also is the Dutch stallion Total US is out of a Sir Donnerhall mare. Tiger R is indeed closely related with the Totilas blood on the sire side and the Sir Donnerhall blood on the dam side. Wow! There is more to say about Tiger R’s dame line in that he has another cross of Regardez Moi, he has Salute blood which was the sire of Grand Prix horses I rode internationally for Australia and his great great granddam is Samphire R who is also the dam of Rozzie Ryan’s top Grand Prix horse at the moment Jarrah R.
