Royalty R is a beautifully bred horse by Australia’s most winning Grand Prix stallion, Regardez Moi. Regardez Moi is currently the reigning Australian Grand Prix champion for the third time. Royalty R is out of Josie R who in turn is by the powerful Grand Prix stallion Jive Magic. Josie R is the mother of numerous outstanding foals including a full brother Royal Jive R who sold for $15,400 at AOS in 2012. Ryans retained a full sister, Russet R, for their breeding program, and she has gone on to breed amazing foals such as Friendly Rhythm R by Fiji R. Josie R is out of Anky, who in turn is by the FEI stallion Ilkay. Ilkay was a very fancy Dutch stallion imported into Australia by Val D’Agent. Ilkay has, with limited opportunity, sired some very impressive competition horses. Interesting enough, Ilkay is by Varient. Varient is the dam line of Olympic gold medallist and world champion dressage horse Valegro. Australia has been very slow to pick up on this fact. Anky’s grand-dam Alpha II was an FEI dressage horse with then-teenager but now Olympian, Kristy Oatley. Royalty R has an amazing half-brother by Fiji R called Frederico R. Frederico R  has been purchased by Dean Ryan who works at Ryans.
