MSJ Nemo is by the stallion Negro who in turn is the sire of the London Olympics individual and team gold medallist Valegro with Charlotte Dujardin in the saddle. Valegro backed up again at the Rio Olympics to be again the individual gold medallist and the team silver medallist on this occasion. By the way Valegro is also the reigning World Champion having won at the World Equestrian Games in 2014 in Normandy, France. MSJ Nemo's grandmother ‘Fernia’ on his dams side is a full sister to Don Schufro. Don Schufro represents the Donnerhall bloodline which is statistically far and away the number one bloodline responsible or partly responsible for most of the top 50 dressage horses in the world. Don Schufro himself was also the sire of Weihegold who was the only horse to beat Valegro in any class at the Rio Olympics 2016. Weihegold won the team gold medal and was the individual silver medallist with Isabelle Werth in the saddle. Allowing for the fact that MSJ Nemo's grandmother is a full sister to Don Schufro that makes MSJ Nemo possibly the best bred dressage stallion in the world today. Unbelievably, also thrown into that mix is the Rubinstein bloodline of Rubin Royal. Ferro (sire of Negro), Rubinstein and Donnerhall are the three most important dynasties in producing Olympic dressage horses in the world at this point in time in history. MSJ Nemo is a step ahead in terms of genetics of any other stallion available.
